Senior Flight Controls Engineer Opportunity, Longueuil

This role requires extensive experience in Fly-By-Wire systems, aircraft integration, and system certification. You will interface with suppliers, assessing the feasibility of control systems, and developing rigorous technical requirements. Your knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and Part 25 certification will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Integrate Fly-By-Wire and control systems on aircraft • Develop design approaches with flight control suppliers • Validate and verify technical flight control requirements • Support certification activities and compliance processes • Troubleshoot and resolve in-service aircraft issues

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering • Over 7 years of aerospace engineering experience • Direct Fly-By-Wire system definition and certification • Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow • Bilingual in English and French
