Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer: Entry Level
Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are done Maintaining a clean, safe facility environment Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing/rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairsCompleting other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor Diesel Technician/Mechanic III: Entry Level
Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred) Current driver’s license class G or class 5 and the ability to obtain class DZ within six months of being hired (required) High school diploma (required) Enrolled or completed vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (preferred)Using Penske’s tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics Performing preventative maintenance repairs such as replacing or rotating tires and completing vehicle component lubrication and replacement, some electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehiclesPartnering with the manager to learn new skills using Penske’s technician training and hands‑on coaching Diesel Technician/Mechanic II: Mid‑Level
2–4 years of practical experience with tractor‑trailer maintenance (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Enrolled or completed vocational/technical or certification (preferred) Consideration of candidates with a 310S license, Journeyman or automotive background Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of engines (gas and diesel), power train (including differentials, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, PTOs, wheel ends), electrical systems (starters, alternators, HVAC, steering, electronics, ECMs, ECUs, sensors), engine bolt‑on items (turbos, fan clutches, injectors, cooling system), brake systems (ABS) and suspension systems (spring and air)Perform mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of equipment for trade‑ins and prepare new equipment for delivery Licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic/Technician I: Experienced
5 years of practical experience with truck and tractor‑trailer maintenance Must possess the respective provincial license such as Red Seal/310T (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (required) Valid full G driver’s license (must also have or be willing to get an air brakecertification)Maintaining vehicles and ensuring they are safe for customers Performing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with minimal supervision and in a timely manner Repairing and troubleshooting major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials, including replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components, etc.Using Penske’s tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics Physical Requirements
