Warehouse Supervisor, Maisonneuve

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our evening shift team. This is a permanent position offering stability and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the presence of all workers at the beginning of each shift.

Follow up on employee training with the teams in place.

Manage employee breaks, lateness, and absences.

Conduct floor walks to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor employee productivity and performance.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and productivity optimization.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Perform any other related duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Excellent communication skills.

Respectful, patient, and flexible individual.

Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality.

Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must own safety shoes.

Working Conditions:

Evening shift position.

1 to 2 weeks of training on the day shift.

Salary: $26/hour + $2/hour evening premium.
