August 31st to December 18th, 2026. The position is based at Longueuil, Quebec, exclusively on‑site. Role Overview
An Intern who will support accessories product reliability improvement projects across various program market segments and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
Achieve an overall understanding of the Program Accessory reliability data Conduct effective product analyses to determine root cause and corrective action plans Review reliability data, identify gaps to contractual requirements, and establish action plans in collaboration with subject matter expertsIdentify systemic issues across the programs and recommend corrective action plans in collaboration with subject matter experts Support continuous improvement activities such as optimizing processes, defining and implementing efficiency improvement opportunities, and supporting ongoing digital transformation projects within the departmentQualifications
Eligibility to work in Canada Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship Ability to work on‑site in the province where hired Pursuing a Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering Bachelor/Master program Good knowledge of tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, ENOVIA PLM, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, etc.)Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Exposure to Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.Additional Requirements
