Internship - Fall - Digital Support&Business Intelligence Intern, Longueuil

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Support&Business Intelligence Intern with a background and foundations in Computer Science. The intern will drive and support digital initiatives, assist in data analysis, and develop automated dashboards and KPI tracking tools using platforms such as Microsoft Power BI. The role involves designing scalable data models, building automated reporting pipelines, and contributing directly to data-driven decision-making and digital transformation initiatives.Digital Support&Business Intelligence Intern Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026 Location: Longueuil, Quebec. Internship from Monday to Friday, flexible hours, exclusively on-site. Key Responsibilities

Assist in improving digital workflows and automation processes. Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting needs. Support system testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities. Create manuals as required. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.Automate recurring reports and KPI tracking processes. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (Power BI, Webcon, and other integrated systems between Business Units). Develop and document KPIs aligned with business objectives. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.Qualifications

Eligible to work in Canada. Enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship. Can work on-site in the province where hired. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Basic to intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, database concepts, advanced Excel, and integration between systems and APIs.Understanding of KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data structures. Programming knowledge. Interest in AI for automated reporting solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English. Experience with dashboard automation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.
