The Customer Priority Center internship assists in the creation and maintenance of dashboards essential to the company. You will take responsibility for several components of a larger project and contribute to the team or department by leveraging your knowledge across functional areas. Recurring Tasks:

CRM Data Validation: regularly verify the accuracy and completeness of case data within the CRM system. KPI Creation and Extraction: generate and extract key performance indicators for both the CFirst and CSat departments. Monthly Report Calculation: calculate data and contribute to monthly reports presented to PWC executives.

Unique Tasks (potential, based on interests and skills):

Dashboard and report development as requested by management. Technical engine analysis support for faulty engines. Support for internal training and awareness campaigns (note‑taking, organization). Stakeholder communication management with internal and external parties. CRM case management and data updates.Verification of premium/high‑level customer contact information. Other data validation tasks as required. Independent analysis and execution of projects. Other student‑assigned projects that can be developed autonomously.

Requirements

Be eligible to work in Canada. Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship. Be able to work on‑site in the province where you are hired, if applicable. Pursuing studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Software, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable working with multiple IT platforms (CRM, SAP, Outlook, etc.). Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Customer‑oriented with a sense of urgency. “Go‑getter” mentality when dealing with complex situations. Bilingualism (French and English) is a plus. Although this position is part of a French‑speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms from international organisations, and to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.Additional Information
