Job Summary

Maintenance Supervisor (Unionized)– Full‑time, day shift, Monday to Friday – Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. Responsible for supervising a team of unionized mechanics, electrotechnicians, refrigeration technicians, and pipefitters in maintaining and improving the reliability of production equipment for aerospace components.Day‑to‑day responsibilities

Supervise a team of unionized employees. Ensure smooth daily operations and assign work priorities. Act as a resource person for the department. Apply the rules of the collective agreement. Lead projects (layout, health&safety, environment, productivity, etc.) for continuous improvement. Act as prevention officer and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules. Coordinate services during planned and unplanned interventions to support internal clients. Qualifications

Eligibility to work in Canada. Relevant management experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage multiple mandates and projects. Strong decision‑making and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and act as a change agent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple demands in a fast‑paced environment. Working knowledge of English (required for reading specialized instructions, plans, drawings, technical terms, and for communication with customers, suppliers or international colleagues).
