As a Senior Advisor in Financial Performance, you will play a key role by acting as a business partner to the assigned Vice Presidency, actively contributing to decision‑making, optimizing financial performance, and creating sustainable value in the context of constantly evolving business models, management practices and analytical tools.

What you’ll accomplish with us
Act as a trusted financial performance advisor and business partner to managers and the Vice Presidency, developing a deep understanding of business, operational and strategic issues and providing clear recommendations to support decision‑making.
Support managers in defining financial objectives, monitoring performance and analysing variances, while ensuring alignment with strategic directions.
Manage the full budgeting cycle for the Vice Presidency (budget, forecasts, monitoring and variance analysis) with rigor and accuracy.
Produce, analyse, interpret and simplify financial and management information to enable informed decision‑making.
Conduct in‑depth financial analyses (profitability, costs, financial scenarios, sensitivity analyses, financial impacts) and develop relevant performance indicators (unit cost, profitability, efficiency).
Actively contribute to strategic and transformational initiatives, including profitability analyses, preparation of business cases (Strategic Business Cases– SBC) and tracking of costs, benefits and efficiency gains.
Participate in the evolution and optimisation of processes, work methods, analytical tools and management reporting with a continuous improvement mindset.
Perform validations, controls and complex financial or accounting analyses while ensuring the quality, reliability and consistency of financial information.
Act as a subject‑matter expert within the team, including mentoring and supporting more junior team members.

Strong analytical abilities, capacity to synthesise and simplify complex financial concepts, and proficiency with advanced Excel and BI tools.
Demonstrates strong leadership, autonomy, initiative and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset focused on value creation.
Known for rigor, professionalism and technical expertise in financial performance, financial analysis and financial planning&analysis (FP&A).
Has 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial performance, financial analysis, FP&A or business partnering, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field and a recognised accounting designation (CPA).
Has an advanced level of English and French, as the role involves collaborating daily with and supporting managers across Canada on financial performance matters.
