Position Overview: We’re looking for a proven

hunter

to drive new business for our B2B digital solutions (custom software, cloud, and digital transformation). You’ll own the full sales cycle— from self-sourced leads to closed deals —and build a high-quality pipeline in your local market. This is a contract role with a clear path to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the number:

Build, manage, and close a pipeline against monthly/quarterly targets

Source your own opportunities:

Outbound, referrals, partnerships, events, and networking

Sell consultatively:

Diagnose client needs and position tailored digital solutions

Engage senior stakeholders:

VP/C-level across mid‑market and enterprise accounts

Collaborate cross‑functionally:

Work with delivery/tech teams on solutioning and proposals

Forecast with accuracy:

Maintain CRM hygiene and provide reliable projections

Qualifications:

7–10+ years

in B2B sales (digital solutions, SaaS, or IT services)

Demonstrated success

generating your own pipeline

and closing complex deals

Strong

local network

and market insight in one of the listed cities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence

Highly self‑directed, disciplined, and results‑driven

Additional Information:

Base + uncapped commission

(high OTE for top performers)

Performance-driven incentives tied to revenue and margin

Contract to start , with conversion to full-time based on performance
