Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, aiming not only to meet but exceed sales targets.

Provide exceptional eyewear styling advice to patients and potential customers.

Give eyewear recommendations that appeal to the customer’s look and personality.

Build meaningful relationships with customers, making them feel comfortable and inclined to visit us again.

About You

Strong background in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Direct and professional communication skills complemented by outstanding listening skills.

A motivated worker who takes initiative and is ready to help to the best of their ability.

Knowledge of eyewear styling, or a willingness and curiosity to learn.

A people person who can work well with customers and team members alike.
