Construction Crew (Thornhill)

Overview We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team for a variety of hands-on jobs. Work changes day-to-day — from landscaping and painting to pressure washing and general renovation support. This is ideal for someone who’s a jack of all trades or hungry to learn and grow in multiple skill areas. What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting with a wide range of jobs (landscaping, fence/decks, digging, painting, pressure washing, basic renos, etc.) - Loading/unloading materials and tools - Job site cleanup and keeping things organized - Supporting skilled trades when needed - Using basic tools and equipment safely - Helping set up and prep job sites What We’re Looking For - Robust work ethic — shows up on time and gets the job done - Physically capable of manual labor - Willing to learn and take direction - Comfortable working different types of jobs week-to-week - Team player with a good attitude Requirements - Must have your own car and/or reliable transportation - Previous labor or construction experience is a bonus, but not required Pay - Pay will depend on experience and skill level Ability to commute/relocate: - North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Do you have a G2/G license? - Will you complete a background check before starting, if hired?
