As an Auto Insurance Trainee , youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth. Requirements Level 1 General Insurance License 1-2 years of customer service experience Previousinsurance experience preferred A Day in the Life Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Where This Can Take You Weinvest in our employees!
