The job involves gathering, storing, and sharing e-signatures, filling out several different types of long and detailed forms, sharing files with clients, Realtors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers in a timely manner, organizing the set-up and removal of signage and lockboxes, organizing photo shoots, and other day-to-day activities to aid in processing real estate transactions.Working from home is an option; there is also an office at the Re/Max in Aldergrove that you can work from if you find it easier to work in an office environment. The ideal candidate must be: capable of managing their day-to-day activities with a minimum amount of oversight and direction extremely detailed with strong organizational skillsable to communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner by phone, email, and text tech-savvy: comfortable working with PDFs, spreadsheets, technical websites, and social media able to keep up with incoming emails and other forms of communication This is a great opportunity for a mature person, ideally with grown children, who still has a lot of energy, ability, and drive, and is willing to work hard enough to earn a good salary. If you have a lot of distractions in your life, it will be hard to juggle that with the myriad of time-sensitive tasks that can't be overlooked.Qualifications: 2 years of office experience Self-motivated and reliable a strong working knowledge of basic office programs the ability to quickly learn to use new apps, programs, and websites This is a very consuming job and requires patience and meticulous attention to detail, but you will be working with a strong, fun, positive team that has been together for 20 years.Your starting salary will be based on your level of experience and can grow at a rate that's commensurate with your reliability and the level of peace of mind you bring to our office.
