Office Admin/Safety Representative (Maple Ridge)

Job Posting: Office Admin/Safety Rep Mega Rebar, a rebar fabricator and distributor situated in Maple Ridge, is actively seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Office Admin/Safety Rep. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity that offers competitive compensation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative tasks for all departments across the facility while supporting multiple team members. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) - Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence - Assisting with Inventory - Managing payroll hour accuracy - Data entry - Safety Documentation - Safety Meeting Prep - Compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulations - Maintain safety documentation/records/reports - Lead and participate in JHSC - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Intermediate proficiency with Office 365 - Quick thinking and problem-solving skills - Robust organizational skills - Ability to multitask and balance priorities - Strong oral & written communication skills - Team oriented - Quick learner Benefits: - Team Environment - Free Parking on Site - Competitive wage - Opportunities for growth Schedule: - Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week) – Based on Workload - 9am – 2 pm, Monday to Friday If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please apply with your resume.
