English Language Instructor (Thornhill)

Iranian Event Language Institute is inviting experienced, committed, and motivated English language instructors to join our team. We are looking for a professional English instructor who has strong teaching experience, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to teach adult learners in an engaging, structured, and effective way. Requirements: • Relevant academic background in English Language studies, minimum Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred • TESOL, CELTA, or other recognized professional teaching certificates • Teaching experience in Canada, preferably in language institutes or colleges • Fluency in Persian/Farsi is required • Ability to learn, stay updated, and adapt to the latest teaching methods • Minimum of 10 years of effective language teaching experience • Advanced English proficiency, minimum IELTS Band 8 or equivalent • Strong knowledge of standard, academic, and conversation-based teaching methods • Ability to design lesson plans and purposeful in-class and out-of-class practice activities • Continuous and accurate follow-up on students’ learning progress • Professional ethics, responsibility, and commitment to educational standards • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and dynamic learning environment • Familiarity with the culture, environment, and language-learning needs of learners in Canada • Accurate pronunciation and ability to teach the rules and foundations of the English language • Punctual, organized, and committed to professional teaching standards Responsibilities: • Teach English language classes to adult learners • Prepare structured and effective lesson plans • Use modern, practical, and student-centered teaching methods • Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback • Create a qualified, respectful, and engaging classroom environment • Support students in improving their speaking, grammar, pronunciation, and overall English communication skills To Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume for consideration.
