Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer / Surface Technician. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands on work and wants to be part of a team that focuses on quality, precision, and execution. You’ll be working alongside experienced crew members on a variety of projects, with the opportunity to develop specialized skills and grow within the company. Projects are based throughout the Lower Mainland, with crews meeting in Maple Ridge or traveling directly to job sites depending on the schedule. Key Responsibilities - Assist with site preparation, including cleaning, masking, and material handling - Support installation of surface systems and specialty coatings - Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site - Follow direction from crew leads and supervisors - Operate tools and equipment (training provided) - Assist with project setup and final detailing/finishing What We’re Looking For - Strong work ethic and reliability - Attention to detail and pride in your work - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks - Punctual and dependable - Valid driver’s license and vehicle required - Ability to occasionally travel to the Interior or Vancouver Island for jobs - Previous construction or labor experience is an asset, but not required What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay ($25–$32/hour based on experience) - Hands-on training in specialized surface systems - Consistent work with a growing company - Supportive, team-focused environment - Opportunity for advancement into more skilled roles Why Work With Us We’re focused on doing things properly — from preparation to final detail.
