We are currently seeking an organized, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Thornhill/Markham office. Key Responsibilities - Client Support: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and gather necessary information from clients professionally. - Policy Administration: Prepare, review, and process insurance documents and paperwork with a high level of accuracy. - Data Management: Input client data into various insurance company portals and issue certificates of insurance. - Office Operations: Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, and maintain efficient office workflows. - Business Growth: Conduct targeted cold-calling to businesses to prospect for new commercial opportunities. - Multi-tasking: Manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office suite skills and fast, accurate keyboarding/data entry. - Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with an extreme attention to detail. - Licensing: A RIBO license is preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain it (we will provide training). - Experience: Previous experience in an office or insurance environment is an asset, but not required.
