Position Details What You Will Do - Translate corporate strategies, change initiatives, and business priorities into compelling visual and multimedia storytelling - Partner with Corporate Communications team members and internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and creative approaches - Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and content plans that support corporate objectives - Ensure creative outputs align with brand standards, tone, and messaging frameworks - Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content including executive messages, internal campaigns, town halls, events, and storytelling features - Create visual content such as motion graphics, photography, digital assets, and basic animations as required - Manage end-to-end video production: pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery - Design engaging visual assets for presentations, internal campaigns, social/digital channels, and internal platforms - Support the development of branded templates, infographics, and visual storytelling tools Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Design, Film Production, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field - Videography, video editing, graphic design, or digital media certifications preferred but not required - Minimum 5 years relevant experience - Proven experience developing and producing multimedia content in a corporate or agency workplace - Robust hands-on experience with videography, video editing, and visual design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva - Experience working with leaders and subject matter experts to produce executive-level communications - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days after the position being posted.
