Responsibilities

Site and workshop organization Site clean‑up Tool maintenance Material pick up, delivery, and returns Carpentry helper duties Tool stock check and tidy Dump runs Expectations of capabilities

Fluent conversational and written English Efficient and safe operation of a company truck while towing large and heavy loads Lift and/or carry building supplies and tools Erect scaffolding and ladders per WorkSafe BC standards Work outdoors year‑round Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl as needed to perform work activitiesLearn to properly operate hand and power tools safely and maintain them in proper operating condition Learn to perform all work‑related rough carpentry and finish carpentry Qualifications

Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License Experience driving a long‑bed 3/4 ton truck Experience towing and backing trailers Reliable transportation Steel‑toe boots Own hand and power tools (asset) Own truck (asset) Experience in residential construction (asset) Benefits
