Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week. Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Responsibilities
Organize tasks to accomplish the work Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization Coordinate activities with other work units or departments Prepare and submit reports Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery Arrange for maintenance and repair work Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product qualityTrain workers in duties and policies Arrange training for staff Coordinate, assign and review work Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Organize and maintain inventory Supervise 11-15 people Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Attention to detail Weight handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Own tools/equipment Safety equipment/gear: hard hat, steel‑toed safety boots Personal Suitability
Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Proactive Employment Terms and Shifts
Shift options include early morning, morning, day, and evening. Support and Diversity Initiatives
