Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and networking within the community Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy updates, and follow-up communicationsMaintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and outreach campaigns Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with industry regulations and privacy standards such as HIPAA when handling sensitive informationParticipate in telemarketing efforts to expand client base and generate leads Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearlyMultilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing platforms Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Customer service orientation with a focus on building long‑term relationshipsCurrently has an OTL/RIBO and LLQP licenses in good standing. Ability to work independently in a rapid‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and helping clients secure their financial future through comprehensive insurance solutions.Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Benefits
