Key Responsibilities:• Direct planning, coordination, and delivery of facilities projects • Manage construction contracts and administer project budgets • Provide technical oversight during design and construction phases • Conduct regular site reviews for quality and compliance • Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain project updates
Requirements:• Diploma in engineering or building technology • Minimum five years of construction project management • Supervisory experience with project oversight • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence in British Columbia • Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and asset management
