Specific Responsibilities - Lead art classes with six to 20 students (with support) - Actively guide students towards completing the assigned project - Provide corrective feedback to help students develop fundamental skills - Manage classroom layout, behaviour of students and structure of class to ensure the success and safety of students - Advance student knowledge following curriculum - Lesson plan development - Room setup and organization - Motivate and engage students ldeal Candidate: - Experience with painting, drawing, and other forms of artistic styles - Knowledge of various art supplies, tools, and how to use them - 3D printing and design experience an asset - Please send your resume and cover letter - Include available hours in the cover letter - CPR – First Aid certified an asset (you may be required to be certified within one month of hiring) - Successful Vulnerable Sector Check - Has a valid G license and or access to a vehicle of their own - Must be available between 3:00pm-5:00pm (Preference goes to those with flexible availability) Compensation: Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
