Childcare Centre Director Role (Maple Ridge)

Make a difference in early childhood leadership as the Centre Director for Little Willows by Kids & Company. This position combines strong management with nurturing educational experiences. As Centre Director, you will manage a licensed childcare facility, ensuring compliance with BC Child Care standards while leading a team of dedicated educators. Your focus on building positive relationships with families and community partners will enhance the experience for the children in our care. Implement a progressive Reggio Emilia-inspired learning model and support children’s development across multiple domains.
