Key Responsibilities:• Lead facilities project planning from initiation to close-out • Manage construction contracts and oversee tender processes • Review and assess design specifications and technical documents • Develop and control project budgets and schedules • Conduct field reviews to ensure compliance and quality
Requirements:• Diploma in engineering, architectural sciences, or related field • Minimum five years of project management experience • Supervisory experience in a similar setting • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for British Columbia • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
