Childcare Centre Director Role, Maple Ridge

Make a difference in early childhood leadership as the Centre Director for Little Willows by Kids&Company. This position combines strong management with nurturing educational experiences.

As Centre Director, you will manage a licensed childcare facility, ensuring compliance with BC Child Care standards while leading a team of dedicated educators. Your focus on building positive relationships with families and community partners will enhance the experience for the children in our care. Implement a progressive Reggio Emilia-inspired learning model and support children’s development across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations, staffing, and enrolment • Ensure licensing compliance and health standards • Guide team development and training • Foster relationships with families and community resources • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:• BC Early Childhood Educator License required • 3–5 years supervisory experience in childcare • Knowledge of BC regulations and standards • Strong organizational and communication skills • Valid Emergency First Aid&CPR certification
