Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will conduct thorough inspections at a variety of businesses, including residential homes. The role requires identifying pest problems, selecting an effective eradication approach, and providing recommendations to prevent future infestations. Additionally, the technician will build new business through sales.Responsibilities

Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and decide on the use of pesticides, mechanical traps, blockages, and other pest control methods. Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities. Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides, and power‑spraying equipment, wearing protective gear.Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner. Address customer needs and optimize their program on site. What We Offer

Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience. Willingness to obtain an Applicator's License. Sales experience is an asset. Motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable on the road. Preferred Experience

Prior experience in route sales, route service, field sales, field service, service technician, territory representative, restaurant manager, restaurant server, construction, hotel manager, sales, or customer service will be considered a strong qualification.
