This full-time position reports directly to the President, making it essential for experienced financial leaders. Overseeing financial operations across four privately held companies, the role aims for consistency and operational support, particularly focusing on one main entity. You will collaborate closely with other Controllers to ensure smooth transitions and clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day financial reporting for multiple entities • Lead the accounting team in person and remotely • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements • Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Requirements:• CPA designation required or equivalent experience • Minimum 5–10 years in accounting/finance roles • Previous Controller experience preferred • Strong financial reporting and internal controls knowledge • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dog-friendly environment
