Lead Gelato Chef (Pitt Meadows)

Job Overview: Nani's Gelato is an artisan gelato company seeking a Lead Gelato Chef for our Pitt Meadows / Meadowtown location. This is a part time to full-time position and an exciting opportunity for anyone trained in the culinary dessert sector. You will be learning to make gelato from scratch daily. The individual will be responsible for: - Prepping fresh fruit and related ingredients on a daily basis - Making, blending and extracting gelato - Support dish washing and general kitchen organization - Maintain and track inventory levels A qualified candidate must have culinary training and experience. The position is fast paced and very fun (we make gelato all day!).
