We currently have 2 bedroom upstairs and a basement room available for immediate move in. Our house is just 6 min walk from Unionville High School, and 5 min walk from bus stops, grocery stores, banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, McDonald's and many other restaurants. Our household consists of me and my husband, and hopefully we can have 2 more students/renters joining us for the upstairs and basement rooms. We are very friendly and love hosting international guests at our house. We only rent to students/renters that will follow our house rules of no smoking, not loud, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of his/her bedroom and bathroom.
