Independent Sales Representative — Wholesale & Retail (100% Commission based) Company: Slice Baby Slice Inc. Location: Greater Toronto Area (field-based) Engagement type: Independent contractor — 100% commission Start: Immediately About the role Slice Baby Slice is expanding the wholesale and retail distribution of two product portfolios: - The Carbon Bar branded products — wholesale and retail lines - Slice Baby Slice wholesale products We're looking for an experienced, well-connected independent sales representative to own the growth of these networks across the GTA. This is a field sales role for someone who already operates their own sales business, carries their own book of customers, and wants to add strong, established food brands to their line card. This is not an employee position. You will operate as an independent contractor, invoice for your commissions, and are responsible for your own taxes, HST, vehicle, phone, and business expenses. You are free to represent other non-competing lines. What you'll do - Open and grow wholesale and retail accounts across the GTA (independent and specialty retail, grocery, foodservice distributors, restaurants, corporate/office channels) - Build and manage your own pipeline and customer relationships - Present product lines, pricing, and programs to buyers - Hit agreed current-account and revenue milestones in the first 90 days - Coordinate orders and account handoffs with our operations team What we provide - Product samples, pricing sheets, and sell sheets - Brand assets and marketing collateral - Product and category training - A defined GTA territory What you bring - An existing book of business and active buyer relationships in food/CPG or specialty retail/foodservice - A proven track record opening wholesale and/or retail accounts - Valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle - Your own phone and laptop - The ability to work fully autonomously and manage your own schedule and methods - No representation of products that directly compete with our lines Compensation 100% commission. On-target earnings: $25,000–$45,000 per year, uncapped — top performers can earn beyond this range. Commission is 5%–8% of collected sales, depending on the product line, paid on revenue collected. Structure is open to discussion for the right candidate with a strong existing network. Full terms — including commission rates by line, payment timing, territory, account ownership, and clawback on returns or non-payment — are set out in a written independent contractor agreement.
