The Elite Squad Association is a Toronto-based organization focused on trauma-informed education, nervous system regulation, and long-term behavioral transformation. Our flagship program, the R.E.S.T. Pathway (Regulate, Embody, See, Take Responsibility), is designed for: - First responders (police, emergency services) - High-performance individuals under chronic stress - Individuals seeking deep internal change, not surface-level coping We integrate: - Clinical therapy (insurance-eligible) - Structured group processes - Immersive retreats (non-clinical, association-led) Our approach emphasizes internal transformation rather than symptom management Role Overview We are seeking a Registered Social Worker (RSW) to support and co-lead: - Pre-retreat therapy sessions (6–10 sessions) - Group therapy (structured, not casual discussion) - Post-retreat integration sessions (2–4 sessions) You will work alongside a non-clinical facilitation team, ensuring: - Clinical integrity - Participant safety - Alignment between therapy and transformation process Key Responsibilities - Facilitate group therapy sessions (virtual or in-person) - Conduct participant intake & suitability assessments - Maintain clinical documentation (Ontario compliant) - Support emotional regulation and trauma-informed care - Collaborate with program facilitators on participant progress - Identify high-risk participants and recommend 1:1 support if needed - Support integration of emotional processing into structured transformation pathway Ideal Candidate We are not looking for a standard therapist.
