Job Title: Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaner Location: Greater Toronto Area Job Type: Part-time / Casual Pay: $19–$30 per hour or per-clean rate based on speed and property size : We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing short-term rental cleaning team in Windsor. This role focuses on cleaning and preparing Airbnb and other short-term rental properties between guest stays. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsive, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of presentation, speed, and consistency in hospitality cleaning. Responsibilities: Clean and reset Airbnb / short-term rental properties between guest stays Make beds and stage the property neatly for incoming guests Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to a high standard Check for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and report them promptly Restock basic guest supplies if required Take clear completion photos after each clean Follow property-specific checklists and instructions Complete turnovers within scheduled time windows Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred; Airbnb or hotel turnover experience is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable transportation (G2 Class License or higher) Ability to work independently and manage time well Good communication and responsiveness by phone/text Flexible availability, including some weekends Ability to handle same-day turnovers when needed MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND PUNCTUAL Ideal Candidate: Has experience with residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning Understands the difference between regular cleaning and guest-ready turnover cleaning Notices small details that impact guest experience Is fast and efficient Can follow instructions closely and work efficiently Is skilled, trustworthy, and consistent Why Work With Us: Flexible part-time work Opportunity for steady weekly jobs Supportive and organized management Growth opportunities as we expand Transparent expectations and systems in place Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour Advantages Casual dress Application question(s): Please describe your previous cleaning experience.
