Registered Social Worker at Extendicare (Markham)

Extendicare is seeking a Registered Social Worker to lead psychosocial services in Ontario. This full-time role focuses on evidence-based practices and cooperative support for resident wellbeing. You will provide professional leadership as a Program Consultant for psychosocial and rehabilitation services within long-term care. Your expertise will help enhance social work standards, quality improvement initiatives, and policies across Extendicare’s facilities. Collaborating with interprofessional teams, you will ensure excellent care and quality of life outcomes for residents.
