Residential Cleaner (Greater Toronto Area)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming setting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a nice-to-have. Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces - Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens - Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment - Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to client preferences and safety standards - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service - Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes - Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times - Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients Qualifications - Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates - Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities - Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus - Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail - Good customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness - Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for timely arrival at client locations This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are valued.
