AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse who will deliver professional care in line with medical standards and nursing practices. You will guide Personal Support Workers and ensure communication with physicians about residents’ conditions. Your experience in geriatric and long-term care nursing will be essential for improving the care setting.
