Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Light Duty Cleaner – Environmental Restoration Specialist to join our growing team. At The Signature Holistic Care Inc., we operate like a family, providing high-standard, clinical-grade environmental deep sanitation and allergen mitigation. In this role, you will perform detailed indoor cleaning tasks using premium equipment to create pristine, healthy environments for our clients. No prior experience is required, as fully paid comprehensive training on our specialized systems, brand standards, and protocols will be provided from day one. This position offers a supportive, ground-floor opportunity with a fast track to supervisory and managerial roles as we expand. Responsibilities - Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors using specialized, professional equipment. - Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture utilizing specialized corporate H13 HEPA-filtration vacuums. - Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and appliances. - Operate high-temperature steam sterilization systems for high-standard indoor environmental sanitation. - Maintain, clean, transport, and organize premium company supplies and environmental care equipment. - Provide professional, respectful client interaction on-site, strictly maintaining residential privacy and corporate presentation standards. - Follow strict workplace safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment. - Handle and report any on-site maintenance or structural safety concerns directly to management. Skills & Requirements - Paid Orientation: Must be willing to participate in our comprehensive, fully paid training program to master "The Signature Standard" protocols. - Background Screening: Must provide a current, clean Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) within 30 days of your official hire date as a condition of ongoing employment (to be obtained at the applicant's expense). - Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle or a dependable transportation setup to travel directly to various client job sites throughout the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Brampton and Caledon, on short notice. - No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent organizational skills. - Good communication skills and the ability to follow accurate sanitation instructions accurately. - Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and operate lightweight specialized machinery (vacuums/steamers).
