Insurance Agent (Markham)

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a robust sales background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts and community engagement - Conduct retail sales by presenting insurance products that meet client needs - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Utilize analysis skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance policies - Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up with potential clients - Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing - Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies - Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Experience - Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles - Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills - Familiarity with insurance sales or related financial services is preferred - Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending solutions - Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals - Experience with sales administration tools and CRM software is a plus This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping clients protect their future while advancing their careers in the insurance industry.
