service and/or collective agreement (where relevant) Job Summary Reporting to the Demand Marketing Senior Lead the marketing coordinator will collaborate with BD team members to support the sustainability of Kinark’s Autism Fee for Service. Accountabilities will include the development of content for newsletters and other required assets, community event management, and marketing support as needed to the Client Experience team. Key Responsibilities Support Strategic Marketing initiatives for the Autism Program. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Kinark Autism Services’ brand visibility, client engagement, and service promotion. This role involves a combination of content creation, and cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure explicit and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and community partners. - Development, execution, and tracking of multi‑channel marketing - Marketing promotions related to key service offerings - eMail marketing & CRM initiatives - Content creation for newsletters - Testing and evaluating automated email workflows to nurture leads Key Relationships - Internal team members (BD/ Clinical/ Operations) Qualifications Education - Undergraduate or diploma education Experience - 1–3 years in an analytical, marketing or sales analyst role - Experience in healthcare, community services, government‑funded programs, or nonprofit (not required but an asset) - Comfortable working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders - 1‑3 years supporting marketing and/or communications initiatives Additional Skills & Qualifications - Excellent communication skills - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Adaptability - Collaboration - Problem‑solving - Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Working Conditions: Office setting ** Please note that Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
