Join Sofina as the Manager of HR Planning & Performance. You will enhance HR processes with a focus on improving performance tracking and ensuring reporting accuracy and effectiveness. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Vice President of People and Culture, you will develop and implement KPIs and automated dashboards. You'll drive data collection and standardization while enhancing CI reporting mechanisms. Your insights will aid in monitoring cost-reduction initiatives to benefit the broader HR team.
