Become a key HR figure as a People Partner in Ontario, Canada, delivering expert case management advice across multiple employee issues. Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate business changes effectively. This full time, permanent role requires adept management of high-risk employment-related cases from start to finish. Your expertise will guide managers and employees alike on matters including underperformance, disciplinary actions, and grievances. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support HR processes such as Talent and Rewards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal guidance on employee case management issues • Manage performance, disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases • Execute business change projects with HRBPs • Support HR functions in executing cyclical processes • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels Requirements: • Proven experience in managing complex employee cases • Robust analytical and judgement skills based on policies • Background in core HR functions and process design • Excellent collaboration and partnership abilities • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Utilize your HR expertise in case management and team-oriented projects as a People Partner in Ontario.
