HR Case Management Partner Ontario (Markham)

Become a key HR figure as a People Partner in Ontario, Canada, delivering expert case management advice across multiple employee issues. Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate business changes effectively. This full-time, permanent role requires adept management of high-risk employment-related cases from start to finish. Your expertise will guide managers and employees alike on matters including underperformance, disciplinary actions, and grievances. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support HR processes such as Talent and Rewards.
