Description
Purpose The successful candidate will have the chance to work first hand with mining, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and references of candidates. To attract the right candidates, you will be working with internal and external databases, referrals, networking, and various other means. You will be sourcing for candidates with various backgrounds, disciplines and experiences so having an understanding of numerous fields/ industries will be an asset. You are constantly interacting with an assortment of people so interpersonal and communication skills are key. Key Responsibilities - Identify and implement best practices to enhance staffing productivity and recruiting quality. - To attract the highest quality of candidate, you will be accustomed to sourcing candidates with a myriad of disciplines and experiences through referrals, networking, targeted recruiting , Internet mining, and various other means. - Manage internal and external relationships. Administer day to day operations in order to meet required service levels. - Balance recruiter workload in order to effectively meet hiring volume needs. - Responsible for administrative tracking which includes payroll and contractor tracking duties to ensure smooth running of Teamrecruiter.com. - The successful candidate will have proven themselves capable at managing the recruitment workflow in its entirety; including in-depth needs identification with hiring, assisting with writing and posting job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, salary negotiations and offers. - May be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and/or developing current business relationships. In addition to leading the offer negotiation process through management feedback, salary negotiations, verbal and written offer, to successful close, you will work with your customers to insure process and candidate quality metrics are achieved. Education and Experience - College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience) - Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience required, preferably with experience in a cross section of disciplines - Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment - Exceptional Interpersonal Skills - Outgoing, Detail Oriented & forward thinking individual - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Efficient time management skills, with the ability to balance numerous requirements, and meet strict deadlines - Customer Relationship management experience - Strong computer skills including experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office products - Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset Benefits Excellent Salary and Flexible Work Hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2noen5
