Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive insurance sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies. - Utilize sales pipelines to track and forecast potential sales opportunities. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. - Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. - Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and informed. - Take inbound leads and referrals and convert them into long-term clients Experience/Qualifications - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance or related fields. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. - Experience in relationship management with clients to enhance sales opportunities. - Familiarity with sales pipelines and forecasting sales opportunities. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. - Ability to prepare and present tailored insurance proposals effectively. - Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team. - Experience in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. - Willingness to engage in networking activities to expand professional connections.
