Client Solutions Manager for Small to Medium Business Insurance, Markham

Lead the charge as a Client Solutions Manager for commercial lines. Deliver excellent client service and manage a portfolio within a hybrid work model.

Stepping into this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that small and medium business clients receive tailored insurance solutions. You'll manage existing policies, drive renewals, and actively engage with insurers to foster lasting relationships. Working collaboratively, you'll strive to exceed client expectations while utilizing advanced analytics to inform your approach.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts • Oversee policy renewals and updates for clients • Engage with insurers to ensure optimal coverage • Quickly respond to all client inquiries and requests • Identify opportunities for premium offerings and new leads

Requirements:• Secondary School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance brokering • Proficiency in placing various insurance products • Must hold an active Insurance Broker’s License • Strong detail orientation and effective communication skills
