Window Cleaner (Greater Toronto Area)

Overview Pristine Property Servicing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining windows for residential and commercial properties—all from ground level, with no work at heights required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a Window Cleaner, you will play an essential role in enhancing property appearances while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities - Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties using protected and effective techniques from ground level. - Operate hand tools and cleaning equipment to ensure windows are spotless and streak-free. - Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. - Inspect windows for any maintenance needs and report findings as required. - Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience and Requirements - Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment is a plus. - Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including repetitive motions. - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Flexible schedule with availability on weekdays and weekends. - Access to a vehicle is preferred but not required.
