Professional Bartender – Premium Nightlife Venue (Unionville)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, professional, and service-driven Bartender to join our high-end nightlife team in North Toronto. Our venue is evolving into North Toronto’s premier destination for luxury dining, elevated nightlife, and immersive entertainment. This is not a standard bar role — we are creating a premium nightclub experience, featuring a dynamic weekly program including live music, dance performances, illusion acts, and more. We are looking for bartenders who understand high-end service standards, thrive in a rapid-paced nightlife environment, and take pride in both craft and presentation. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, consistency, and speed - Deliver premium, attentive, and professional service to all guests - Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail menus - Engage with guests in a confident, polished, and welcoming manner - Manage bar operations efficiently during high-volume service periods - Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards - Handle cash, POS transactions, and inventory responsibly - Collaborate with servers, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service - Uphold the venue’s luxury brand image and service expectations at all times Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or nightclub environment - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and premium beverage service - Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic - Smart Serve certification (or ability to obtain) - POS system experience is an asset - English fluency required; Mandarin Chinese is an asset Preferred Attributes - Passion for hospitality and elevated guest experiences - Strong sense of presentation, style, and personal grooming - Attractive appearance and confident presence are considered a plus, as this is a guest-facing, image-conscious venue What We Offer - Competitive pay + tips - Opportunity to work in a luxury nightlife environment - Dynamic, energetic atmosphere with live entertainment - Supportive team culture with growth potential If you are a skilled bartender who values premium service, presentation, and nightlife culture, we would love to hear from you.
