Proposal Bid Specialist (Staffing Industry) - markham, Markham

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Bid Specialist with a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry to support our company in identifying, preparing, and submitting winning proposals for government and public-sector opportunities across Canada. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Canadian procurement platforms and understands staffing-related RFPs, RFQs, standing offers, vendor registrations, and compliance requirements.
