Shift Nurse (RN or RPN) - Part-Time (2026-2704), Markham

We are looking for a Shift Nurse (RN or RPN) who is comfortable providing care to our clients. What You Will Be Doing - Experience working with pediatric clients is required. - Deliver compassionate, client-centered care with specialized expertise in tracheostomy management, ventilator support, gastrostomy tube care, and vital sign monitoring. - Administer medications and assist with personal care routines. - Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers. - Maintain a strong commitment to community-based care. - Prepare and maintain client reports and updates. - Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust. - Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with minimal supervision. - Prioritize safety for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols. Skills Needed For Success - You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment. - Exceptionally organized, with robust time management skills and the ability to effectively manage your schedule. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently. - Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Minimum of two years’ experience in a community care or clinical/hospital setting is preferred. - Currently certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). - Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C). - Able to provide a current Mask Fit test certification.
