Technical Program Manager - SPECTRAFORCE (Markham)

Title: Technical Program Manager Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote, support EST hours 9-5 Pay Rate: $64/hr Job Description: We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in People and Places (PPL) to lead the coordination of AI-powered HR product initiatives over a 6-month contract, from early concept through deployment. You will partner across AI strategy, data science & engineering, Insights Partners, PPL teams, and Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) to align teams, define clear milestones, and ensure steady progress. This is not a hands-on builder role. Your focus is on orchestrating workflows, removing blockers, and ensuring cross-functional teams move efficiently from concept to production. Key Responsibilities - Lead planning and execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment - Translate use cases into clear plans with defined milestones, owners, and timelines - Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum - Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to define data requirements, review demos, and gather feedback to inform iteration - Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers - Establish simple, effective ways of working to support execution - Track progress and provide transparent, regular updates to stakeholders - Support the transition from prototype to production readiness Top 3 experience “must haves”: - Program management experience - familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, - strong communication/facilitation skills Experience Level: - 5-7 years Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs - Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle (data, modeling, deployment) - Strong organizational and execution skills - Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities - Clear and effective communicator and facilitator with stakeholders at different levels - Experience working on AI or data-driven products - Experience moving work from prototype to production - Background in product or technology-driven environments - Familiarity with planning tools like Airtable a plus Interview Process: Interview by manager and 1-2 other directors on the team Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2odlwz
